Admin Creates and manages the account, assets, team access and Inspection Findings. Inspector Requests access to an existing account and can update Inspection Findings after Admin approval. User Requests access to an existing account with restricted access for future pre-use checks.

New accounts are created by an Admin. Inspectors and Users join an existing account and wait for approval.

Free trial Try Checkmate with advertising. Register a card securely to activate the trial. At the end, it renews for 12 months on Standard unless you cancel renewal. Standard Manage assets, inspection findings and your team. This plan includes advertising; you will confirm your agreement before checkout. Premium An advertising-free Checkmate workspace. You can upgrade from Standard in Payments at any time.

Registration does not charge your card. Verify your email, then open Payments to choose a 1, 3 or 5 year paid term and review the price, VAT, renewal date and cancellation terms before confirming secure checkout. Trial activation includes agreement to the annual Standard charge shown there.

Creating a new account makes you the Admin and creates a new Unique Account ID for your account.
